Billing is done monthly in advance of service. If your service begins mid-month we will pro-rate the charges and bill accordingly.
On Going Service:
- Customer invoices will be distributed by the 20th of each month for the following months service. - Payments to Doggy Doo should be received by month end to guarantee uninterrupted service. - Invoices will be issued via email unless you would prefer Canada Post. There are no contracts to sign. You can cancel your service at any time with 24 hours notice given. - Customers who would like to use Doggy Doo's services on an ongoing basis can choose to set up a regular monthly payment plan where your payment will be automatically debited directly from your bank account, or charged to your credit card on the 28th of every month.
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Pre-Authorized Direct Debit - Cheques - Email Money Transfer - Visa - Cash - Mastercard - Online/Telephone Banking: (only offered with the Bank of Montreal, CIBC, Scotia Bank, or any Credit Union)
- Senior's Discount of 15% applies to all services - Physically Challenged/Disabled Discount of 15% applies to all services - 12% HST applies to all services - Commercial quotations available upon request - We require payment in advance for all services - before the service will be rendered - All payments that are returned NSF (non sufficient funds) are subject to a $5 surcharge - We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service with proper notice provided
